LAND OF HAM is the oldest name for Africa. THE CODE. I SEE YOU [ICU] has its focus on the 2027 Interbiennale LAND OF HAM. The domain LANDOFHAM.COM was claimed by the founding curator ERVARE, a name that stands in Afrikaans for “The old man knowing.” The call to contribute will be set in early 2025. EVARE is the author of The Gods of Informatics and the founder of the Afterlife Developer Conference.
LAND OF HAM will follow the vision of Kikos Papadopoulos, Founding Director of Santorini Biennale: “Art is mainly a political act.“
BLACK VIGIL.
To gain public attention a silent form of protest has been created, calling it BLACK VIGIL or VIGIL IN BLACK. The human rights in Africa are far from being good. Many black people leave Africa because they lost hope. If there, in Africa, the situation would be better then where would be a need to leave? What does this mean in short? Who does BLACK VIGIL address?
